In my blogs, I talk about what has made me feel better because I would like to use that information to discover the mechanism underlying the illness. What makes me feel better may not make you feel better, however. Some things that make other people feel good make me feel terrible. Most supplements have numerous effects in the body, not just one, and not everyone will have the same responses I do.  I also have a mild to moderate case of ME/CFS. A lot of people are much more fragile than I am and should be especially careful about what they put in their bodies.
